Remote computer does not respond to clicks

Remote computer does not respond to clicks. 

The remote computer is running Win 10 Pro. I am using Teamviewer 13.1.4170, remote is 13.1.3629

Icons in the task bar do not respond to a click or double click but the same link on the desktop does respond.

Within the app that I am running remotely, buttons sometimes do not respond until I move the window they are displayed in to a new location on screen and try the click again. This only seems to have started since v13.1 but that is hard to say for sure.

There is no issue when controlling locally on the now remote machine
