Blank my android device' s screen
Using Team Viewer quick support in remote controlling my android phone (4.1.2) from my pc (XP SP2) I would like to be able to render the phone screen black (not necessarily screen off) so that I limit the battery usage and the unessessary screen wear.
Is it possible?

Thank you for posting.
We do not have black screen on mobile devices. If you have using android host which is version 12 or higher, you have the Eco mode. You will find Eco mode in host's Advanced Settings.

Please be advised that my remote controling my phone via the pc is done via wifi where bothe the pc and phone is in the same room (on my desk).
In looking up eco mode, is used primarily to save cellular data and battery but does not blank or blacken the phone's screen.
That said (and if I am not mistaken) such a feature will be helpfull in my situation.
