Setup problem

Have a Win 7 laptop at my vacation house and tried to setup Teamviewer with unattended access, but something strange happened that I've never seen before.  The new computer shows up in my list of Friend's Computers but it's dimmed out.  I double checked the setup but don't see anything I missed.  Any idea what the problem is?

No, the device didn't disappear from my contact list, it is just dimmed out so I cannot access it even though Teamviewer is turned on and ready. After I first setup the device I could log onto it remotely even thought it was dimmed out, but now that doesn't work. ????
