Teamviewer setup error

Hi, 

today i tried to install teamviewer on ubuntu server 18, but when i run command "teamviewer setup" and insert my credentials i get the error message "Unable to add this computer to your account. Please contact support@teamviewer.com if the problem persists". How can i solve it?
