Can anyone walk me through how to erase the FREE version (that TmVwr thinks I installed) 'completely', and then reinstall so my commercial license can be recognized. Right now I'm dead in the water as it won't let me connect to desktop or laptop. I bought this license so I wouldn't have this issue. The upgrade to 13 completely changed my settings.
