Windows 10 login screen blank with Android client

I am trying to use an Android tablet to remote control a Windows 10 PC. If the PC is logged on with the screen unlocked there is no problem - I can see the desktop and control the PC.

If the PC is locked I am able to see the lock screen but if I go past that to the login screen I can only see a blank screen on my tablet and I cannot enter a password

I am using the most recent version of teamviewer on the PC and tablet and Windows 10 1607 (10.0.14393)

Thank you for your post.

I tried to simulate your issue with our devices. I started a remote session via samsung tab to a windows 10 and windows 8.1 notebook.

I was able to insert a password in the lock screen and started the remote control.

Could you please check, if you have the latest TeamViewer versions on both sides?

Please make sure, that the settings are correct on your Windows 10 PC.
