Teamviewer Android - Shortcuts

possibly the wrong board, but when using teamviewer from my android to windows 10 pc, my shortcuts include three entries that do nothing. 'app commands', 'charms' and 'switch apps'

I'm not sure if I'm using them incorrectly, but I can't find any detailed documentation on android use (just guides on how to click - moderately useless) nor can I find a way to edit these out and maybe add more useful shortcuts.

Any input?
