I have a problem with remote computers where I had old versions of Teamviewer. It seems that they have been automatically updated to Teamviewer 12 but the problem is that Teamviewer IDs have been changed. Now I can not remotely access those computers in any way.
There are a dozen teams and I have a big problem because I can not access them. Can someone help me with a possible solution?
