teamviwer interferences with skype?

Hi,

anybody got experiance with teamviwer interferences with skype? When I'm connected to a client comp. and skype too, skype shows my incoming video in there a small screen only, I can see big screen on my comp.alright and small of my video which makes sense but client comp. small video coming only.
