Hi,
our license provides for the availability of 120 channels. In some cases, our users receive the communication related to exceeding this limit and realtive inability to establish a new connection.
With the tools available (API), however, we are not able to qualitatively evaluate this information: via API, even checking the Active connections still do not reach the limit.
Even from the client console, Support -> Info on TeamViewer -> Channel use, we do not see the limit is reached.

I need to understand, if possible for you to share this information, what are the terms used for counting channels occupied at any given time.
