TeamViewer QuickSupport - Need confirmation re Permanent Link

I am not clear on the use of the 'Permanent Link' when sending to clients using QuickSupport. 

It is working fine when we tested it but there are hundreds of different users of our website so do we have to create different links or does the one link suffice?  Hoping the latter ;-)
