No money and not license

This night I tried to buy a licence on site www.teamviewer.com. Something was wrong. I paid and I don't have licence. Support not answer. How can I get my licence or back money?

try to open a ticket directly to TV. Visit www.teamviewer.com -> Support -> Submit a Ticket
