Because TeamViewer is becoming way too expensive, we're still using version 10 for which we have a perpetual license.
In the past few days our version 10 is automatically updated to a trial version of version 13 on all our computers. This is without our consent.
The settings in the options were correct: only updates within the same version/
Why did it update anyway?
And how can we prevent this?
