Can't connect to the partner at that IP address

Recently it appears that the userID's have gotten longer.  I have at lease clients that has a new IDs and I cannot connect to them to provide support.  I'm using the new ID and the TeamViewer generated password.  Most of the time I try to connect I get no message at all, the attempt just times out.  Once I got a message that I couldn't connect to the client at thqat IP address.  This has just started around the beginning of August.
