Impossible to connect to Android
Quick Support used to work until a few weeks ago, when it got more and more impossible to connect to an Android phone. It is always in the same WiFi network, where no settings have been changed. Once every 50 or so attempts it might work, which is kind of ridiculous for a system that some users have to pay for.
I can see the other device, and it tries to connect. The person on the other side has to confirm. But then it just tries to connect, and tries, and tries. At some point it will fail. When I try to connect again, it might tell me there is already a connection, so I can't connect to the phone.
Does TV have any server issues? If so, is there a place where these are communicated? That way at least I wouldn't have to waste hours trying to connect in order to provide support to my mother. It has gotten so bad, that my notebook is already banned from using TeamViewer because it thinks I'm using it commercially.
