MS Outlook Add-in not working

I installed the MS-Office Add-in. It shows in Outlook but when I try to use it, I get a "The action could not be completed". I uninstalled and reinstalle; and am still getting the error.

We are now in October and still no Outlook add-in. We really miss this!

Unfortunately, there is no fix yet. Once the problem has been fixed, it will be notified in this thread.

I've downloaded and tested the latest Blizz version and error still occurs.

I'm getting the same issue. I've already raised this issue to support but they **bleep**ed me off telling me that I'm not a Blizz Customer...

There can only be one meeting Add-In installed in Outlook. Do you happen to have any other one installed? If this is the case we recommend that you choose only one meeting Add-in and un-install any other one you may have.

If the issue persists after this or if you did not have any other meeting Add-In installed and you are a holder of a Blizz license, please raise your ticket here since we would need to get your logfiles and require further information from you as well.
