I'm forced to make a topic because my issue is not resolved.
my teamviewer client thinks it is commercial , but it is not , I can't use it because the trial is gone , yet I'm not a commerical user.
I have sent multiple emails regarding this using this form: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/personal-use-verification/
I have recevied two mesages and yet it is still in trial mode.
I don't know what to do , because the support doesn't fix the issue I have , and I'm forced to use rdp or a different application , and that is a shame.
