when a connection established to remote site client monitor turn to black

in windows 10 and teamviewer version 9

when a connection established to remote site client monitor turn to black.
if the client make a event like a mouse moving, the monitor displaying again
and next, when i make a event, client monitor turn to black again

i have many customer but only one site showing this issue

how should i do?

I solved this problem

the solution was

1. Uninstall teamviewer fully (with registry infomation too)

2. restart workstation

3. install teamviewer again
