Rollback on mobile Version

My company has a corporate license for TeamViewer 12 and on desktop devices, insalling and using V12 works just fine.

However, when using the iOS app i noticed that it has upgraded to version 13.2.110220. I don‘t know, for how long its on V13 allready but i could connect to out computers just fine up untill about a week ago.

Now however i‘m constantly getting the message that my partner is using a corporate installation, that this was a „sponsored session“ and that either me or them should use a payed license.

I know that you can‘t use the V13 client on Desktops with that license and we‘re looking forward to getting a license for the current version. But at the moment we don‘t and my guess is that my app doesn‘t recognize our license.

Is this a known problem or am i doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance

  • Welcome to the world of Teamviewer **bleep** beta testing.....

How they could release an iOS version and NOT test it is beyond me. At some point in the future (don't hold your breath) they will release a fixed iOS version - but until then get used to being treated like a schmuck...

I too have a perpetual v12 license but can't use my iPhone or iPad to connect to customers computers because of this **bleep** bug....

It never ceases to amaze me how these things happen... but they do!!!

  • Well, it‘s soothing to hear that i‘m not alone with this problem.

But i‘m not too mad honestly. As far as i know, the licensing is going to be subscription-based from v13 on upwards (?) So having a „too old“ license shouldn‘t be a problem from then on, right?
