Already have license and prompted to buy license whenever I use TeamViewer

Every time I use TeamViewer, it asks me if I want to buy a subscription.  We recently purchased an annual license.  How does TeamViewer still not recognize my computer?  I've used it over a dozen times for several months since buying the license...

Thanks for posting.

You need to make sure you are signed into the application with your licensed account.
If you are signed out, your license will not apply.
