Android keyboard will not allow letters when entering partner ID
I am new to TeamViewer commercial license and am poking around with the Android mobile app. I am on latest version updates for both device (Samsung g7 edge) and software. I am able to chat with my client that initiated the conversation so it seems the app is working properly. When I go to input the partner's ID my android keyboard defaults to the old school "numpad" style with multiple letters on each numbered buttons. The problem persists that it will not allow me to(or at least I cannot figure out how) I put the letter that I need for the ID. I have search through the settings, googled and found that the traditional method of using this style keyboard is not working. If anyone has experience with this your guidance would be appreciated.
