A Desktop Shortcut To TV's Running Instance?

When I click on the TV app (Win 10), it gives me message about "Another instance of TV is already running..." then an option to show the running instance. Is there a way to create a shortcut in the start or taskbar menu that directly opens up the running instance of TV instead of always showing this message?

(Clicking TV in the Systray will, of course, bring up TV w/out that message)
