After reboot: Authentication using fixed password was denied

We have Teamviewer installed on a remote Computer, set up with a personal password.

This works as long the computer is running. But after a reboot, we cant establish a teamviewer-session, on typing in the set password, it displays "wrong password".

 

The corresponding line from the Teamviewer-logs is probably:

2018/08/30 08:15:54.015  5848  5732 D1   AuthenticationPasswordLogin_Passive::RunAuthenticationMethod: authentication using fixed password was denied

 

What should we do to prevent this?
