I signed up to a 30 day trail today and did not use this at all and decided to cancel my 30 day trail, canceling this is impossible such a joke of a system, how do you even submit a ticket when this system makes it so hard to find, then when located it rolls over to the forums???

please advise how do I cancel my trail???
