TW does not install

Could anyone tell me what is wrong with the installation. TW does not want to install. This is the message that I get. I must mention that I had to uninstall it because when I wanted to log in, the email and password fields were not clickable, I couldn't under any circumstances log in. Even after I restarted the computer.
