Problems with a domain login

Hi people! Sorry about my english I'm with a problem when i access computers in a domain. When a user doesn't admin access, the Windows ask for other credencials. At this moment, when i would have to put the adm login and passwords, the connection close, with the message that i trade of account. What can i do? I need, in this case, install a software in the user account, that requires a admin access.
