I have set up unattended access on my partner computer but each time I'm using it, after a while it won't let me connect saying "A connection could not be established. Teamviewer not running on partner computer."

I'm at a loss as to why the partner computer stops teamviwer working on it suddenly, when I have all access check marked and even the screensaver on the partner computer is off

Can you please help?
