Install Limit Reached Business


I've upgraded from free to Business and we are 3 people that need to use the license (not at the same time) and we see we can't login because a panel with "install limit reached" appears, I've seen the solution is go to license and disable the device but this will use one license "transfer" and we have a limit of 10. I'm not able to understand why we are not able to use the same license in deferent moments.

Could you assist?

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for your post.

    The Business license works best for you if you are on your own and want to be able to connect to unlimited endpoints, from a fixed set of devices (for example PC A, Laptop B, Mobile Device C).

    However, if you would like to share the license with other persons, you should go with the Premium license as this license can be linked to multiple TeamViewer Accounts.

    Additionally when we have used all transfers what will happen? Are going to be able to use more the licence or it will be blocked?
