Android SDK integration

I have completelly integrated sdk with my application, but issue is that if i exit from application and trying to remote access of other device application like setting, then sdk not working in background and goes out disconnected. How can i access remotelly outside of app using this sdk? Can anyone help me to achieve it?

Thanks for posting.

The SDK only works inside the app it is integrated into. Having TeamViewer integrated into your own app does not give control of the whole phone sorry, only your application.

For access to the whole device, we have our QuickSupport and Host Applications.
