IMPOSSIBLE TO RESTART DISTANT COMPUTER

Hello,

For some time, I cannot restart anymore the distant computer with my teamviewer version 9.

I have a message error which tells me : "you didn't confirm the UAC request". How to proceed to confirm the UAC request???
