Failed to connect to Android sony xperia z4 from Mac

Hello,

I'm facing issue connecting from my mac to my android phablet xperia z4 that have installed teamviewer host it always says that it can't connect , using the other mac works without problem version of teamviewer on both mac are 12.0.72647

Any tips for me ?
