Custom QuickSupport not working

I've been on hold for over 30 minutes being the 1st person in the queue. Then the call got dropped by Teamviewer. Very frustrating yall don't have a live chat or more people on your phones.
Our quick support (design and deploy) used to have a custom logo, generate the session code, and fill in the user's name. Now its the generic teamviewer quick support executable with session code and generated password.

issue resolved. no changes on my end

The same thing is happening with my but also, when I connect to a client who already had the sos button I can't do anything on their computer! When I tried to update this problem comes up.
