I have tried to connect to a new customer. I have TeamViewer 13. The customer's Team Viewer does not show a password. It seems to be connected with his system administrator. The customer stopped his TeamViewer, downloaded TeamViewer Quick Support and started it. It showed an ID all right, but only a dash (-) instead of a password. We could not connect.
How can we connect - either with his bought TeamViewer or Quick Support?
