Password for remote assistance

Make the password uppercase. An old man who does not know English, sees the password in lowercase, and can not dictate. Since the keyboard only uppercase.

In that case, I recommend you to set up a 4-digits password.

You go to : Extras → Security → Random password

And set up Standard (4digits). Numbers will be displayed, it will be way easier for the old man.
