App constantly crashing on IOS app

I am running iPhone 7 Plus IOS 12.0.1
App kept crashing after couple of mins of use

    @Natascha Nope no error message App just exits 

    Attempted to restart, relaunch app, issue still persist

    Ive the same problem on my ipad pro and iphone 8 since several months.

    I bought version 9 of your program.

    please help!
