Missing Menu Items - Remote control

Hello, after I login into the TV client in one comuter with my company account I can see full menu incl. possibility for remote control. On another computer with the same login credentials there is different menu - missing part of menu items (pls. see pictures).

I dont know whats wrong. Could you advice. Thank you.

I uninstalled from both PCs and reinstalled and seems to be working so far. Not sure which uninstall/reinstall did the trick, but it's working now.

I am having the same issue. I am probably going to reinstall.

I'm having the same problem. I've upgraded both PCs to TV14 and the problem persists. I can connect to the PC that's missing the remote option from my Android Phone's TeamViewer, but not from my PC.
