VPN Win 10 to Win 7

I have read many of the posts regarding issues with VPN working and have attempted all options that people have shared.

VPN connects. But I can't ping. My TeamViewer VPN connection displays an Unidentified network, even though it is clearly connected to the other machine and displays Enabled.

In the Teamviewer Window, it clearly shows the machine that is connected. But still can't Ping or access Share files via Explorer.

Have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled, unticked IP6 as some have suggested, actually, I have done all the suggestions that appear to be working for others but not myself.

Is there anything that I could be overlooking that anybody can think of.
