Teamviewer sessions hangs

I am facing an issue where my Teamviewer session hangs. This is not happening on all of my systems. It may be because of my network speed is slow on the other end, but I am not sure. The same systems, when used with a high-speed network do not face this issue.

Any suggestion on what may be the issue? I have a business license.
