Upgrade TeamViewer to 14
Hi,
My organization is a silver partner on TeamViewer. I need a help about of upgrade process to 14. One of our client purchese TeamViewer 13 for one year. But now seeing there is an updated version is available. Is that free upgradable? If Yes, Please help us how to upgrade to the new version (14). Share any document or process that we can share it to our client.

Thank you for your message.
As long as your license contract is still running, you can download for free the version 14 of TeamViewer.
In your TeamViewer application, just to go Help → Check for new updates. You will be able to download it from there.

I can't confirm that. We currently have version 13 and cannot upgrade the version through the built-in update process. On the contrary, all version 13 components have to be uninstalled before version 14 can be installed.

I am Jayaprakash, currently we are using Team Viewer license version 13.2.36215. After upgrading it to version 14.3.4730, we are getting the below error" The trial license of your connection partner has expired".
