red signed link is a pointer to a specific section in current page (an href to #api-documentation-section). It is used to scroll focus just upper that button.
After repositioning, what happens is an call to Facebook to keep track of your specific click.I imagine that for your structure the call to this social is forbidden during working hours ... as it should be!
