Single User with multiple computers

I have a problem. I have setup teamviewer on my home desktop so I may access it while at school while doing my grad studies. I have setup my own desktop at school and I also carry a laptop for roaming around campus.

Right now I can gain full remote access from my laptop to my home desktop, but my school desktop requires someone to manually accept the connection request. How do I make it so that whether I'm on my laptop and/or my school desktop, I can connect to my home desktop without the need of calling my sister (who is thankfully home this week) to go and manually accept the connection request?
