I'm running a Mac using Teamviewer 7 and OS X 10.11.3 to remotely connect to my Father's Mac 1000 miles away.
It worked perfectly for years when he was running OS X 10.6 and Teamviewer 7. However when he updated his system to OS X 10.11.3 it suddenly doesn't work.
I can make the the login connection but the remote window of his machine never appears on my screen.
