TeamViewer host does not run before login on macOS Mojave

TeamViewer 14 server does not run after a restart of my Mac Mini, when the login screen is displayed. "start on system startup" is enabled though.
The Mac is not visible by other clients.

Everything works fine after I have logged in on the Mac. (access by a Windows client works).

The behavior is the same with TeamViewer Host.

Is this a known limitation or a bug?

On a Windows 10 host, this works as expected (no need to login for the host to accept incoming connections).

  • OK, I just figured it out.

This is because I use FileVault.

So I must disable FileVault if I want my Mac Mini to reboot and stay accessible via TeamViewer after a power cut.
