I cant install programm version 14. Straight wehen I start installation I see "Error launching installer". What shoukd I do? Just installed one on wifes PC yeasterday without any problems. I hav Kaspersky software, that is only differense
once uninstalled before on the same laptop, when reinstall, it failed by saying that error launching installer, what to do ? thanks
I had not installed this programme before on this PC. Tried to install the latest version again today- have the same mistake: error launching installer! So it is almost one year I can't use it! Windows was yesterday updated!
