can't login account

Hi. I like to control my iPad with Windows 7 but I can't login as I forgot my password, help me. Email is [the personal information has been removed.]. Also my password is aceoface when I log in to Teamviewer management console but it's not correct when I login to teamviewer. image0 (1).png
