I forgot my password - What to do?

If you have forgotten your TeamViewer account password, you can request a password reset in the TeamViewer software or in the TeamViewer Management Console.

Via the TeamViewer software

You can request a password reset in the TeamViewer software by clicking Forgot password in the TeamViewer Computer & Contacts list.

Via the Management Console

You can request a password reset in the TeamViewer Management Console by clicking I forgot my password in the Management Console.

You can request a password reset by going directly to the Password Reset page:

We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
