Thank you for your post.
If you are on a Windows computer, you can see what TeamViewer ID is using your channel from within the TeamViewer application. First, click Help | About TeamViewer
If your channel is in use, you will see a link in the About window labeled 'channel use'
Any TeamViewer ID currently in a session would be listed here. However, if no IDs are seen, please contact our support team so they may further assist you.
