It is often necessary to discuss with the user that I help. I use Teamviewer fremote for Android on one device, and Quick Support Samsung for the user's device.
I can't find how to strart a chat with the user. Is this feature availble or not exists ?
If available, how ? and is it possible to use it during a control session ?
