When I try to connect to my computer from my Android phone, using mobile data connection, I gat an error saying "connection failed, no route".Please tell me how to solve this.
It does not work for me with both being the same latest version 15.44.4 android to Linux.
My error was "Connection Failed (No route)".
Realised that PC windows TV version is older than my Android phone. Uninstalled PC old version and instaledl latest version.
It works!
I'm having the same problem. Trying to connect through 4g. If I'm connected to same wifi as my computer works fine.When o cleaned my teamviewer app data works sometimes but at the second time the error come again.
I found another similar issue, it say turn off your phone "4G", i try and it works..
