invisible cursor on android

First, I'm sorry for the bad English.

I am accessing my PC through a mobile phone the cursor appears normally in the work area, but sometimes it becomes invisible when I enter in Adobe Illustrator for example when I pass it through the desktop of the software. Can someone help me?
